How LK Porras steel stairs are made
Steel stairs are designed according to the project’s needs and manufactured in our own production facility. Structures go through a clear quality control process, where dimensioning, connection to the building, and finishing are checked before delivery.
Modular structure facilitates transportation and speeds up installation on the construction site. CE-certified operations and documentation are ready. When stairs leave us, they are ready to be installed, not fitted.

LK Welded rod railing with intermediate rail
A baluster railing is a child-safe railing suitable for all locations, both indoors and outdoors.

LK Welded industrial railing
A cost-effective railing for industrial sites.

LK-Landing staircase railing
This product is suitable for locations where fall protection is not required, meaning it is essentially for landing stairs.

Handrails
According to the project requirements, a handrail is added to the railing if necessary. There are two options, both of which are round.

LK-Handrail is a reliable choice. We use smooth Magnelis-coated tubes, which offer excellent corrosion protection.

Tread models
There are several different tread models available for straight steel stairs. Choose the tread for your stairs according to the purpose of use of the project.
Grating step 34×76
The grating tread works all year round. The tread is made of anti-slip grating, so there’s no need to fear slipping.

A small-opening tread made of denser grating. Choose this when you need a non-slip tread that you can also walk on in high heels.

Tear plate step
Hot-dip galvanized tear plate tread withstands stress for decades without tiring. Do not use outdoors, in winter the tread is slippery

Surface treatment and additional information
The spiral staircase is basically always hot-dip galvanized, but we can also provide painted stairs. Choose the color for your spiral staircase according to the project.
- Surface treatment is basically always hot-dip galvanizing, excluding LK-Additional or interior handrail, whose surface treatment is magnelis or painting in RAL color chart shades
- Outdoor stairs are always basically at least hot-dip galvanized, so that they withstand weather variations
- Powder coating according to RAL color chart possible, special colors by agreement
- In painted products, fasteners are hot-dip galvanized/stainless steel
- Painted products are standard in semi-gloss shade, unless otherwise agreed
- The surface of hot-dip galvanized and painted products is not completely smooth, so please take this into account when ordering stairs
