In factories and machine shops, structures are required to do more than in basic projects. Spaces are tight, loads are heavy, and safety is not compromised. We know these requirements. We have implemented stairs and access routes in various production environments, and we know when the structure needs to be reinforced, when space needs to be utilized differently, and when the solution must be made completely on the project’s terms.
What we do for factories
We design and manufacture stairs, platforms, walkways, protective cages, and other steel structures for industrial needs. Structures are made sturdy, easy to maintain, and safe to use.
Our own design and production enable agile work even when the project evolves or the schedule tightens. Each structure goes through quality control before delivery, and CE certificate and documentation are in order without separate request.
Installation is also handled if necessary. The same operator is responsible for the whole, and responsibility doesn’t break at any stage.
LKDS – digital machine shop
LK Porras Design System (LKDS) is our way to make stair design faster and more reliably feasible. It combines design, dimensioning, and production into the same whole, so that solutions don’t just stay on paper.
